Saudi MoJ Enhances Lawyer License Issuance via Najiz.sa Platform
Under the direction of Minister of Justice H.E. Walid Al-Samaani, the Saudi Ministry of Justice has enhanced the services for issuing and renewing law practice licenses through the Najiz.sa platform. This upgrade comes after establishing electronic linkage with relevant authorities, which allows for the retrieval of necessary documents, thereby eliminating the need for applicants to submit attachments.
The new electronic data-sharing process is designed to streamline procedures and expedite the licensing timeframe. Notably, the license renewal process can now be completed within five days.
This electronic linkage is intended to enable the legal profession to operate more efficiently by facilitating quicker access to licenses once all requirements are met.
Additionally, the Ministry of Justice is committed to supporting the legal sector through various initiatives, focusing on legislative, professional, procedural, and digital advancements. These projects are being launched according to a designated implementation timetable.
