Saudi MoJ holds workshop on Supreme Court’s e-litigation system
The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) held a workshop highlighting features of the Supreme Court’s e-litigation system (“Taqadhi”), which aims to automate procedures and implement remote litigation.
“The e-litigation system is vital in streamlining procedures and saving clients’ time and effort,” said MoJ Vice-Minister Saad al-Saif.
“The system is aligned with the ministry’s ambitious digitization efforts, aiming to enhance performance and achieve swift justice,” he added. “It enables digital access to appeals, electronic retrieval of case data, and remote deliberations by judges.”
