The Firm’s Achievements Continue…

Last week, our Firm succeeded in issuing a ruling in favor of our client in a commercial arbitration case against a major contracting company for a vital project in Saudi Arabia.

After lengthy deliberations and hearings, the Firm was able to issue a ruling in favor of our client. The case was complex in its details and involved a large number of documents. The defendant was ordered to pay the following:

1-To pay an amount of ( 5,000,000) Saudi Riyals (five million Saudi Riyals).
2- In addition, the defendant was ordered to pay the arbitration panel’s fees in the amount of (335,000 ) Saudi Riyals (three hundred and thirty-five thousand riyals).
